Privacy Policy

Your privacy is a core part of how QuickFix IT and Blackout VPN operate. We do not collect personal information beyond what you intentionally give us while contacting us and we do not keep it after the job is done. There is no tracking no analytics and no hidden data gathering of any kind.

1. Information Handling

When you contact us you choose what information to provide. This may include your name your preferred contact method and the details you send in your message. We do not collect IP addresses device information locations browsing behaviour or any technical identifiers. We do not retain the details you share once your enquiry booking or job is completed.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used only to respond to you organise a booking or complete the service you requested. After the work is finished the information is removed. We do not profile you sell information or use it for marketing. We do not personalise content and we do not target you with anything.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by third party providers such as PayPal and Crypto.com Pay. These providers receive the minimum information required to process the transaction and follow their own privacy rules. We never see or store your card numbers bank details or crypto wallet keys.

4. Third Party Services

The only third parties that ever receive your information are the ones you choose to engage with such as payment providers or Calendly for bookings. They receive standard technical information when their pages or widgets load. QuickFix IT does not add to this and does not run any additional tracking of our own.

5. Data Retention

We do not retain your information after the service is completed. We do not keep archives analytics logs behavioural data or metadata. Once the job or enquiry is finished the information is removed.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not set tracking cookies analytics cookies advertising cookies or identifiers. Any cookies you encounter come only from payment processors or Calendly if you choose to interact with them. QuickFix IT does not create or use cookies of any kind.

7. Your Rights

If you want to confirm removal of information or request deletion sooner just contact us at info@quickfixit.au or 0450 127 737 and we will take care of it immediately.

8. Disputes

If there is a payment issue contact us first. If it cannot be resolved the dispute may go through the provider you used such as PayPal or Crypto.com Pay. We may need to share basic transaction details to resolve the matter.

9. Updates

If anything about how we operate changes it will be reflected here and not implemented silently. You will always know exactly what happens with your information.
